Plastic Impellers

Plastic Impellers are manufactured using one of our Pre-Tooled Plastic Impeller molds. This method saves mold development time and money by using our existing tooling inventory. Also, the time from placement of order to delivery of actual parts is significantly reduced. Please see our current mold listing below.

Advanced Air produces plastic injection molded impellers for a wide variety of OEM, commercial and industrial applications. Our Plastic Impeller molds range from 1.870" x 0.350" to 4.750" x 0.740" with many different types of configurations including rotational direction and straight or backward curved blades.

All of our plastic impellers are injection molded and offer excellent rigidity and standardization. Rapid and continuous production of plastic fans and fan blades with high performance exceeding expectations is our specialty.
