Plastic Blower Wheels

Advanced Air offers Plastic Blower Wheels and Plastic Blowers in a variety of sizes, shapes, designs and configurations. Blowers wheels are typically used in fans to produce air at high volume and low pressure. The air is forced to come out along the width of the fan.

Plastic blower wheels can be custom manufactured to your exact specifications or made from one of our Pre-Tooled Plastic Impeller molds. This "Pre-tooled" method saves mold development time and money by using our existing tooling inventory. Also, the time from placement of order to delivery of actual parts is significantly reduced. The Blower Wheels that we manufacture offer high performance with low noise in your fans. Blowers are used in almost all types of fans including axial fans, centrifugal fans and exhaust fans to blow air in or out. Blower Wheel applications include drying, cooling, suction and exhaust operations.

You can specify your blower wheel dimensions by providing us with a complete drawing or you can choose from our current tooling lists that include part sizes ranging from 1.900" x 0.825" to 9.500 x 2.00. We manufacture blower wheels that provide both clockwise and counterclockwise rotations. We can also provide blower wheels with double inlet options and backward curved parts. The finished blower wheels are double checked both manually and through software for any flaws or improper molding.

Our Blower Wheels are manufactured using high quality state of the art injection molding machines. The molds that we use are made of tough metal alloys. Custom designs for our blower wheels are developed using computer software like CAD and are directly fed into the manufacturing unit for production.

We can use files from Solidworks, Mastercam, converted IGF files and Bobcat to create your part.

Advanced Air offers blowers that meet AAI standards and specifications. We have a special quality control team to ensure this. Also there is a customer support team to help you with any design assistance and support. We do follow a “general inspection plan” by which our well qualified professionals visually inspect all the processes and products at all levels of operations.
